UK Company Restoration

UK COMPANY RESTORATION

Formations House can help you restore a company, using our fast, easy and efficient Company Restoration services.

If your company had been dissolved, wound up or struck off, we can help you by restoring it to the Companies House Register of Companies.

Companies are struck off the Register of Companies at Companies House due to the following reasons:

1. Failure to file accounts or annual returns at Companies House
2. The Director files Form 652A or DS01 at Companies House to wind up the company

In case of the company being struck of the Register, its legal existence ends. Hence, the bank account is frozen and its assets pass to The Crown. Other elements, such as leases, insurance policies, loan and finance agreements etc. are no more valid.

Formations House undertakes all legal formalities in restoring your company. In brief, we will handle:

  • All liaisons with the Court and Companies House
